A positive for local readers to feel apart of a larger community. There is risk in users sharing inappropriate pics, but site admins seem to do a good job managing the page.

UX: 6

Clean and simple, the UX is easy to navigate and fits well with site. No page refresh for slide show is nice, but there is clutter from so many ads.
